Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience in a Healthcare Account, demonstrating knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and related items. Strong experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Team Lead (TL) is preferred, along with a Medical or Allied Health graduate degree. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required, and candidates must reside within the Greater Manila Area (GMA) and be amenable to working night shifts.
Responsibilities
The US Healthcare Insurance Supervisor will be responsible for processing initial or pre-authorization requests via phone or email, communicating with insurance providers to determine authorization, coordinating with US healthcare facilities and insurance providers, processing verification of member benefits, reviewing member clinical records, and conducting coaching for skill development to agents.
